Job summary

Silver Creek Modular, LLC is seeking a highly organized Project Management Administrator to join our Perris, CA team. You will support the Project Management group in a fast-paced modular construction and manufacturing environment, coordinating subcontract administration, COIs, permits, and Procore processes.

The role requires strong attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office to maintain records and drive project efficiency.

Qualifications

• This role requires strong organization and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through on documentation and processes.
• Clear written and verbal communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Legal, Risk/Insurance, Field Operations, and Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Management team across multiple projects.
• Coordinate subcontracts, amendments, exhibits, and related project documentation.
• Manage COIs, insurance records, endorsements, and related documentation.
• Track permits, licenses, approvals, and renewal dates for projects.
• Support Procore setup, document management, and user administration.
• Develop and deliver Procore training and create training materials and templates.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding project documentation with internal teams and subcontractors.
• Assist with project closeout activities and ensure proper archiving of records.
• Identify opportunities to improve administration processes and workflows.
