Job summary

Systematics in Itasca, IL seeks a high-energy Project Coordinator to support the Business Development Team. You will coordinate projects from quote to delivery, organize details, and ensure on-time, on-budget performance while maintaining quality.

This role requires expertise with MS Excel, experience with project management software (JobBOSS a plus), and knowledge of plastics, wood, and printing. You will collaborate with sales, production, engineering, and purchasing to meet customers’

Qualifications

Associates degree or higher is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of project coordination experience required.
At least 3 years of administrative duties experience strongly desired.
Experience with MS Excel required; JobBOSS a plus.
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and PDF required.
Knowledge of plastics, woods, and printing highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, manage, and track projects from PO to completion, including cost, materials, and vendors.
Enter orders in database and create client/project profiles.
Collaborate with sales, production, engineering, and purchasing.
Provide status updates to Account Manager and manage timelines.
Perform quality checks during manufacturing and on delivery.
