You will work with Project Managers and cross-functional teams—Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain—to keep initiatives on track and deliver key milestones.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or similar role in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and deliverables to keep projects on schedule.
• Partner with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to define requirements and priorities.
• Serve as main point of contact for project communication and status updates.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings and maintain project documentation.
• Track progress and identify issues, delays, or risks proactively.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for project execution.
• Monitor resources and materials to ensure projects stay on track.
• Prepare status reports highlighting milestones and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve project coordination processes.
• Support other project-related initiatives as needed.
