Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple projects and timelines.
• Background in manufacturing or industrial environments desirable.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM and project management software.
• Education: high school or higher; degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from order receipt to startup.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, suppliers, partners.
• Manage purchasing, scheduling, logistics, and documentation.
• Track milestones and ensure on-time delivery.
• Review orders and specs for accuracy.
• Coordinate installation and startup activities.
• Maintain records in business systems.
• Support travel to events and customer visits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet scope.
