Qualifications

• Experience with documentation coordination and project records is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documentation such as contracts, change orders, and permits.
• Track milestones and schedules to ensure project deadlines.
• Facilitate communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist with subcontractor onboarding and insurance documentation.
• Schedule inspections and project-related activities.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
