Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction projects from design to delivery.
• Plan, coordinate, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while meeting codes.
• Lead kickoff meetings and align priorities with clients and teams.
• Coordinate across design, operations, production, procurement, accounting, and leadership.
• Identify, source, and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and report performance to leadership.
