Responsibilities

• Own and manage projects from design phase through delivery.
• Manage schedules, budgets, milestones and deadlines; identify delays and risks.
• Serve as primary client contact with regular progress updates."
• Coordinate across Design, Operations, Production, Procurement, Accounting and leadership.
• Identify and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors for project scopes.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding with Accounting and manage pricing, scheduling and expectations.
• Oversee project documentation (MSAs, NDAs, change orders, packing slips, delivery details).
• Escalate significant delays, risks and issues to leadership.
