Youre the person who keeps complex projects moving clients informed and teams aligned.

What Youll Do

• Own and manage projects from completion of the design phase through production completion and delivery
• Manage project schedules, budgets, milestones and deadlines, proactively identifying delays, risks, and long lead procurement items that could impact delivery
• Serve as the primary client contact providing regular updates on progress, timelines, delays, changes and key decisions
• Focus and align priorities based on client feedback
• Lead Client Kickoff Meetings to establish project expectations, communication guidelines, responsibilities, timelines and next steps
• Coordinate across Design, Operations, Production, Procurement, Accounting and leadership to keep projects moving forward
• Identify source and negotiate with project specific vendors and subcontractors including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, painting, signage and other specialty trades
• Coordinate vendor onboarding with Accounting and manage vendor scope, pricing, scheduling and project expectations
• Notify the Chief of Staff when project milestones are reached and the next phase is ready to be invoiced
• Oversee the Project Coordinator to ensure project administration and documentation (including MSAs, NDAs, change orders, packing slips and delivery details) are completed accurately and on time
• Proactively escalates significant project delays, risks, client concerns and operational issues to the Director of Operations and CEO
