Qualifications

• Experience with project management or service-ticketing systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work with external and internal partners.
• On-call availability in evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Communications: inform external partners of project progress and coordinate with stakeholders for a seamless transition from planning to completion.
• Planning: collaborate with Sales and Branch Management on installations and adapt to partner needs.
• Scheduling: coordinate technician teams and share schedules with partners to ensure on-site readiness.
• Service Dispatching: respond quickly to service calls and dispatch appropriate field personnel.
• Customer Service: handle inquiries professionally and relay needs to stakeholders promptly.
• Data Tracking: maintain records, verify time entries, and forward completed work for invoicing.
