Job summary

Digi Security Systems in Dallas is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Dallas Operations team. You will communicate with partners, schedule technicians for installations, and ensure a seamless process from planning to completion.

The ideal candidate has exceptional verbal and written communication, is highly organized, and can handle multiple tasks under pressure. On-call evenings and weekends may be required; experience with ConnectWise Manage is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with partners and clients.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness in scheduling.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient with computer software and typing; strong written communication.
• Experience with project management tools and service ticketing systems; ConnectWise Manage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communications: keep partners informed of project planning and execution.
• Planning: collaborate with Sales and Branch Management on installations.
• Scheduling: assign technician teams and communicate schedules.
• Service Dispatching: relay information and dispatch field personnel as needed.
• Customer Service: respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Data Tracking: update records and forward completed work to invoicing.
