Responsibilities

• Establishes coordination of complex project activities and ensures quality, timeliness, and integrity of ongoing projects and schedules.
• Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule including administrative tasks and ensures adherence to deadlines.
• Coordinates and leads assigned project activities, may allocate work to team members and provide input on performance.
• Partners with managers, outside contractors, vendors and consultants as required with respect to the project.
• May develop and maintain project budgets and assist in monitoring budget expenses; may handle financial management items for the project.
• Organizes, leads and facilitates project-related meetings, creates agendas and prepares materials; edits minutes and presentations.
• Monitors deliverables and timelines, notifies management of issues, and takes corrective actions as needed.
• Maintains detailed records and documentation of project activity and develops uniform procedures for storage and documentation.
• Develops reports and other deliverables; tracks project changes and updates schedules.
• Develops test scenarios if applicable; may handle conference travel planning and departmental correspondence.
