Responsibilities

  • Establishes coordination of complex project activities and ensures quality, timeliness, and integrity of ongoing projects and schedules.
  • Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule including administrative tasks and deadlines.
  • Coordinates and leads project activities, may allocate work to team members and provide input on performance.
  • Partners with managers, outside contractors, vendors and consultants as required with respect to the project.
  • May develop and maintain project budgets and monitor expenses, payments charged to the project; may handle financial items.
  • Organizes, leads and facilitates project-related meetings; prepares materials and minutes.
  • Monitors deliverables and timelines, notifies management of issues and takes corrective actions.
  • Maintains records and documentation; may develop uniform procedures for storage and documentation.
