Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and coordinates activities of designated project(s) to ensure goals are met within time frame and funding parameters.
• May participate in budget development for the project.
• Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project(s).
• Ensures staffing requirements and resource allotment for project phases; may evaluate staff, vendors and consultants.
• Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase and arranges recruitment or assignment of personnel.
• Confers with staff to outline work plan and assign duties and scope of authority.
• Directs and coordinates project personnel to ensure progress on schedule and within budget, including consultants and outside vendors.
• Reviews status reports and modifies schedules as required.
• Prepares project reports for management, clients, or others; provides technical advice and resolves problems.
• Oversees communication and documentation for the project; assists with sponsor correspondence and funding compliance.
• Coordinates onboarding and administrative activities for new personnel and fellows; manages trackers and deadlines.
• Manages the center's volunteer program with interviews, onboarding, and scheduling.
