  • Aware of conflict management and reports issues through proper channels.

  • Reporting on tasks and ensuring accuracy of information gathered.
  • Raising work or personnel concerns to direct supervisor as needed.

Job tasks Of a Project Coordinator II will depend greatly on team structure but could encompass the following areas:

  • Contributing to the project goals and objectives, while maintaining collaboration with team where it may be needed. Engages with the team and contributes to the success, along with suggesting innovative processes.
  • Completing individual tasks as assigned and within deadlines. Offers flexibility outside of standard hours and makes necessary adjustments to complete work.
  • Meeting deliverables within the timeframe provided. Able to understand and meet deadlines with minimal support/follow-up from leader.
  • To have the organizational and time management skills to be able to support more than one Program at a time and in multiple ways if needed. Able to cross between multiple programs or tasks seamlessly.
  • Able to complete assigned tasks within the timeframe that was provided to keep the project schedule on track.
  • On time for all scheduled work and meetings. Presents themselves professionally, both in appearance and communication by PH standards.
  • With buyout number given, adhere to number while sourcing. Has the ability to enter PO's and approve invoices in MetryX, and with supervisor work through project margin.
  • To be able to source within a given budget and have a basic understanding Of Project financials.
  • Prioritize tasks and stay on top of deadlines. Keep files, folders, and documents up to date and in the proper place.
  • Ensure reports to your customer or supervisor are correct and up to date. Information gathered through Pre-calls and QC calls are accurate with minimal input or change from supervisor.
  • Report work/personnel concerns to your direct report. PC II should understand conflict management and know how to report any issues — basic understanding of how to resolve conflict management.
