Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator to support fire and security project operations in Maryland. You will work with project managers, field technicians, and teams to keep projects on time and on budget, handling registration, submittals, schedules, and administrative tasks.

You will assist with billing, permits, deliveries, and supplier coordination, maintaining meticulous project records and ensuring strong customer satisfaction through proactive communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of construction administrative assistant experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare registration and pre-qualification, bid documents, bond orders, project documents and closeouts.
• Create and track project submittal packages and support sales/operations.
• Coordinate daily schedule changes and track change orders.
• Assist with project billing, status reviews, and material requisition.
• Coordinate with purchasing for tool replacements and maintain asset lists.
• Assist with permits and participate in WIP meetings; take notes and distribute actions.
