Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator in Mira Loma, CA to support fire and security project activities. You will work with project managers, field technicians, and other team members to keep projects on time and on budget.

Responsibilities include preparing bid documents, submittals, and project closeouts, tracking change orders, assisting with billing, and coordinating material deliveries. Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of construction administrative assistant experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare registration, bid documents, bonds, and project closeouts.
• Create and track submittal packages and project documents.
• Support sales and operations teams and manage schedules and change orders.
• Assist with project billing, material requisition, and delivery tracking.
• Coordinate tool and material deliveries and maintain project logs in SmartSheet.
