Sciens Building Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead fire and life safety system projects, coordinating with our sales, installation teams and clients to ensure sound design, seamless installation, and professional commissioning of complex systems.

The PM will oversee all project phases, manage budgets and schedules, ensure code compliance, review drawings, and guide field staff to deliver high-quality results while maintaining margins.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of project management experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of applicable code requirements.
• Customer-centric, skilled at leading and managing teams.
• Ability to estimate change orders and read blueprints.
• NICET certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all project phases, coordinating workers, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain budgets and identify overruns, implementing mitigations.
• Assist in estimate development and ensure scope clarity before start.
• Maintain open communication with customers, contractors, and partners.
• Review designs for conformance with codes and standards.
• Provide monthly updates on project budgets and cost to completes.
• Ensure PPE compliance and safety program adherence.
• Participate in pre-bid reviews and project turnover meetings.
• Manage job costs, billing, and margins.
• Collaborate with finance on billings approvals.
