Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist project managers, field technicians, and team members in delivering fire and security projects on time and within budget.

You will track documents, support sales and operations, and maintain schedules to ensure smooth handoffs and timely billing. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of construction administrative assistant experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office required.
• Excellent customer service and follow up skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare registration, pre-qualification, bid documents, bonds, project documents and closeouts.
• Create and track project submittal packages and reports.
• Support sales and operations teams and coordinate daily schedule changes.
• Track change orders, project billing and status reviews.
• Assist project managers with material requisition, tracking and delivery and coordinate tool logistics.
• Maintain project material delivery schedules and backorder logs.
• Coordinate handovers between solutions and service departments and manage tools inventory.
• Assist with accounts receivable issues and participate in monthly meetings.
