The role emphasizes logistics, procurement, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, manufacturing, and vendors. Candidates should have 5+ years in project coordination, and strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills; ITAR eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills required.
• Experience with BOM management, Agile, or Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing builds and project activities.
• Track project schedules, inventory, materials, and logistics.
• Procure parts and resolve supply chain or availability issues.
• Support project managers in meeting deadlines and milestones.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and external vendors.
• Monitor project deliverables and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and compliance records.
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
