Job summary

Express Employment Professionals in Dripping Springs, TX is seeking a Project Coordinator to support program execution, production readiness, and engineering changes. The role links Program Management, Engineering, Purchasing, and Production to keep projects on schedule and materials aligned for success.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work across departments in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, science, operations, or related field.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, defense, or technical projects preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and production planning processes preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Coordinate project activities across engineering, purchasing, and production teams.
• Track project milestones and help ensure on-time delivery of program objectives.
• Support internal and customer-facing project meetings.
• Drive material readiness activities and coordinate ERP requirements.
• Conduct production readiness meetings and schedule reviews.
• Coordinate implementation of engineering revisions across departments.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and monitor risks or delays.
• Support quality and compliance processes as needed.
