Job summary

慨正橡扯 is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support procurement and PLM activities in Austin, TX. You will assist the Project Manager in meeting deadlines, communicate with the project team to advance goals, identify procurement needs, and help maintain the BOM for products in the PLM system.

The role requires strong organization, the ability to multitask under deadlines, and a collaborative, team-based approach.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Project Manager in achieving project deadlines and milestones.
• Communicates with the entire project team to facilitate project goals and initiatives.
• Identifies procurement needs and mitigates risks such as lead times and part availability.
• Creates new part numbers and symbols for use in designs and maintains the BOM for products in NI's PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).
• Responsible for project logistics and maintaining accuracy and timeliness of manufacturing jobs.
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure that deliverables are completed on time.
• Follows-up and thoroughly tracks results of all assigned tasks.
