Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing builds and project activities.
• Track project schedules, inventory, materials, and logistics.
• Procure parts and resolve supply chain or availability issues.
• Support project managers in meeting deadlines and milestones.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and external vendors.
• Monitor project deliverables and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and compliance records.
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders.

Now Hiring: Project Coordinator

Location: Austin, TX

Pay Rate: $34.58 - $40.74/hour + OT after 40 hours

Education Requirements

• Associate's degree or higher preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Project Coordinator experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, or hardware-based projects preferred
• Experience with BOM management, Agile, or Oracle preferred
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to work on ITAR-regulated projects
