Job summary

Austin Industrial is seeking a Project Coordinator to act as the interface between Site Managers, tech users, customers, and internal units to drive satisfaction. The role supports KPI development, tracking, and reporting and reports to an Operations Manager.

Ideal candidates have a 4-year degree in Construction Management or Engineering, strong writing and communication skills, and experience in industrial maintenance or construction.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Collegiate-level computer skills, mathematics, communication, and technical writing.
• Industrial maintenance or construction experience.
• Aptitude for leadership and learning new skills as required.

Responsibilities

• Quantity reporting and reviewing submittals and procured materials.
• Attend progress, planning, and safety meetings.
• Manage daily execution of maintenance and small capital projects.
• Prepare customer required documents and ensure AR/AP processes function
• Assist in scheduling, look-ahead planning, and KPI scorecard development.
