Pro Staff in Austin, TX is actively seeking a Project Coordinator to support the build, testing, and delivery of advanced test, measurement, and automation systems. The role focuses on logistics, procurement, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Project Coordinator experience with strong Excel/Office skills and familiarity with manufacturing or hardware projects. ITAR-regulated work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Project Coordinator experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, or hardware-based projects preferred
• Experience with BOM management, Agile, or Oracle preferred
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to work on ITAR-regulated projects

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing builds and project activities
• Track project schedules, inventory, materials, and logistics
• Procure parts and resolve supply chain or availability issues
• Support project managers in meeting deadlines and milestones
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and external vendors
• Monitor project deliverables and follow up on assigned tasks
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and compliance records
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders
