We’re hiring a Project Coordinator at Barnett Signs — a great opportunity for recent grads or early‑career professionals who want hands‑on experience in operations, project management, and working inside a growing small business.

This is not a sit‑back role. You’ll be in the middle of real projects, helping move work from kickoff to completion.

What you’ll be doing:

• Create work orders and push projects through workflow
• Coordinate site readiness and inspections
• Keep documentation, notes, and tasks organized
• Support scheduling and fulfillment teams
• Assist with project closeout and status updates

You’ll work closely with our Account Reps, who own the customer relationship, while you help keep everything moving behind the scenes.
