Barnett Signs is looking for a Prep & Paint Technician to help produce high-quality signs in our manufacturing shop. This role supports our finishing department by preparing signs for paint, assisting with painting tasks, and helping ensure a clean, professional finished product.

What you’ll be doing:

• Sand, clean, and prepare signs and parts for paint
• Assist with painting, touch-ups, and finishing work
• Mask, tape, and stage materials for painting
• Inspect finished work for quality and consistency
• Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized
• Support the manufacturing team wherever needed

What we’re looking for:

• Experiencewith sanding, painting, body work, automotive finishing, or similar trades is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Able to stand, lift, and work in a shop environment
