Job summary

TM Signs and Graphics in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Project Coordinator to move custom projects from estimate to completion. You will develop estimates, coordinate with internal staff and outside vendors, track multi-step projects, and keep clients informed throughout the process.

This hands-on role sits in a small, energetic team where organization and clear communication matter. Must be a US citizen and able to work in the US; prior sign-industry experience is a plus, as is familiarity with

Project Coordinator – TM Signs and Graphics

Bakersfield, CA | Full-time | On-site | $50,000–$70,000 per year DOE.

TM Signs and Graphics is an expanding sign company in Bakersfield seeking a Project Coordinator to help move custom projects from estimate to completion.

You will develop estimates, coordinate with internal staff and outside vendors, track multi-step projects, and keep clients informed throughout the process. This is a hands‑on role in a small, high‑energy team where organization, clear communication, and independent problem‑solving matter.

What success looks like

• Prepare accurate client estimates.
• Facilitate projects from start to finish by coordinating internal teams and outside vendors.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients during the project lifecycle.
• Stay organized with systems that keep complex, custom work on schedule.
• Spot and resolve issues independently while managing day‑to‑day project needs.
• Work collaboratively with a positive attitude in a small‑team environment.
• Comfort with technology, including practical use of AI tools, and the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Flexibility to wear different hats as needed in a growing operation.

Experience within the sign industry, project coordination, estimating, vendor management, skilled trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.), or technology would be desired.
