Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree or a High School Diploma with related experience.
• 3–6 months of administrative experience or 1–2 years with HS diploma is acceptable.
• Basic knowledge of electrical trade or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter job information in the accounting system (opens/closes jobs, clears costs).
• Process contracts, claims, change orders, and monthly billings; finalize billings.
• Aid with general staffing of construction projects and obtain permits.
• Prepare reports (job cost, weekly pending, monthly WIP, A/R reports).
• Provide excellent customer service to vendors, customers and field staff.
