Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time, enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Carrollton, TX. You will provide administrative support to the local office (CTC) and assist with project delivery across multiple installation projects, ensuring timely, within-budget outcomes and a smooth project lifecycle.

This role requires strong communication, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Assist with project delivery and administration of multiple installation projects.
Coordinate with multiple Project Managers to meet deadlines and budgets.
Set up projects in financial system and project management applications.
Maintain project details and communicate with clients and teams.
Track tasks, update status, and document actions.
Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with purchasing.
