Job summary

CECO Environmental in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project administration through the full lifecycle, maintaining records, coordinating setup, and ensuring data integrity across systems. You will act as a liaison between Project Managers, Operations, Accounting, and other teams, preparing cost and billing data and supporting month-end reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in business or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or project administration.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction, or contracting environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up new projects and customers within D365 per procedures.
• Maintain project records, billing milestones, and documentation.
• Compile project cost, billing, and variance reports for PM and Finance.
• Support project invoicing by coordinating with Accounting and PM teams.
• Generate reports to support project management and operations.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
