Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or construction billing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) required; construction software a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit accurate project invoices, including change orders.
• Support contract review and compliance tracking.
• Set up new jobs in the project management system with accurate budget and milestone inputs.
• Assist with reports, documentation, AP/AR, and general administrative duties.
• Work closely with project managers and the accounting team.
