Job summary

CECO Environmental located in Clearwater, FL, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project administration and execution across the lifecycle. You will maintain project data, assist with invoicing, and coordinate between Project Managers, Operations, and Accounting.

Qualified candidates will have 2–5 years in project coordination, experience with ERP systems (D365), and strong Excel/Office skills. This is an onsite role in Clearwater with opportunities to drive reporting and process

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, accounting, finance or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Experience maintaining project documentation, billing records, and reporting data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction or contracting environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up new projects and customers within D365 per procedures.
• Maintain project records, billing milestones, and documentation.
• Compile and maintain cost, billing, and progress data for POC reporting.
• Prepare billing terms, milestones, and contractual records in ERP.
• Support project invoicing activities with Accounting and Project Management teams.
• Generate reports and ensure data completeness and accuracy.
