• Bridge between customers, sales, production, scheduling, and installation to ensure accuracy.
• Manage multiple custom projects, organize schedules, approvals, and communications.
• Enter, verify, and maintain complete project information in internal systems.
• Review customer specifications, identify missing or conflicting details, and coordinate corrections.
• Listen to customer concerns and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Anticipate risks, communicate changes promptly, and coordinate with teams to keep projects on track.
