Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
• Equivalent combination of education and related work experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily installation schedules and timeframes.
• Proactive outreach to customers to review installation timing and requirements.
• Respond to customer calls and service requests promptly.
• Follow up post-installation to confirm satisfaction and close out service needs.
• Serve as primary contact and problem solver during installation.
• Maintain professional, timely, and well-documented customer communications.
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and impact on results.
• Dispatch work orders to service providers and communicate expectations to installers.
• Confirm completion of work and verify customer satisfaction.
• Foster engagement with service providers and support retention.
• Address installer concerns with timely, respectful conversations.
• Ensure timely payment to service providers.
• Support production team to achieve operational excellence and collaborate with internal partners.
