West Shore Home in Richmond, VA is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our Richmond branch. You will work directly with customers to resolve post-installation service needs, coordinate service appointments, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

This fast-paced onsite role emphasizes clear communication, problem solving, and relationship building as you handle calls, schedule service, and coordinate follow-ups with customers and vendors.

Monday–Friday | 7:30am–4:00pm | Full-Time

West Shore Home is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support our Richmond branch. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to resolve post-installation service needs, coordinate service appointments, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

This is a fast-paced customer service role focused on communication, problem-solving, and relationship building.

What You’ll Do

• Previous customer service experience preferred
