Job summary

West Shore Home in Buford, GA is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our Atlanta branch. Onsite role, Monday–Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, full-time, offering a stable opportunity to help customers with post-installation service needs and schedule follow-ups.

You will handle calls, coordinate service appointments, order parts when needed, and provide a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Compensation ranges $22–$24 per hour with paid training and benefits.

West Shore Home is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support our Atlanta branch. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to resolve post-installation service needs, coordinate service appointments, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

This is a fast-paced customer service role focused on communication, problem-solving, and relationship building.
