West Shore Home in Richmond, VA is seeking a Residential Remodeler to support safe and high-quality installations of bathroom, flooring, windows and doors. The role starts at 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with on-site work and direct customer interaction to ensure a 5-star experience.

You will demo existing fixtures, install new tubs or showers, update plumbing as needed, and maintain clean work sites while protecting the customer’s home. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualificações

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smartphone for company-required systems and two-factor authentication.

Responsabilidades

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.

Purpose Of PositionThe Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience.

Key Role Accountabilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse

Compensation

• The approximate hourly for this position is $25-$27 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
