Job summary

Won-Door Corporation is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage construction and retrofit projects from award through installation and closeout. You will coordinate schedules, submittals, revisions, and change orders while serving as the primary contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams.

The role requires strong organizational abilities, excellent communication, and the capacity to handle multiple projects, learning manufacturing processes, and using Excel to track progress.

Qualifications

• Associate degree OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Ability to learn technical products and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction and retrofit projects from award through completion of Won-Door's scope.
• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, submittals, architectural revisions, and change orders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Credit, Legal, and other departments to ensure successful project execution.
• Track project progress and proactively identify schedule risks or roadblocks.
• Maintain accurate project files, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate project closeout packages, warranties, manuals, and final documentation.
• Help customers understand production schedules, lead times, and installation milestones.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the lifecycle of every project.
