Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee project coordination, administration, and customer satisfaction from initial sale through project completion.

You will manage project documentation, track costs, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are completed efficiently. The role requires being detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication and customer service to coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams
• Detail-oriented with ability to track costs, contracts, and documentation

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow DH Pace processes for project management
• Set up job tickets, gather costs, and enter contract billing information
• Provide project cost accounting and manage vendor/subcontractor billing
• Coordinate tasks among internal teams, customers, vendors and subcontractors
• Prepare and distribute submittals, maintain logs for contracts, insurance, lien waivers
• Collaborate with Project Managers to resolve project-related issues
• Communicate customer needs to internal departments and follow up on requests
• Review contracts to ensure documentation is complete for invoicing and payment
• Complete paperwork for vendor payments and collect lien waivers
• Assist other project staff and perform overtime as required
• Other duties as assigned
