DH Pace Company, Inc. seeks a Project Manager specializing in doors, frames, and hardware for commercial construction at our Tempe office to ensure projects meet objectives on time and within budget.

The role involves coordinating plans for projects ranging from data centers to schools and hospitals, with emphasis on schedules, resources, and client satisfaction. Tempe location; onsite work expectation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of two years of experience managing projects and budgets; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• High attention to detail; ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Proficient with Windows-based programs; ERP/CRM systems; experience with Excel; construction software experience preferred (Procore)
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget, staffing and resources
• Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties and provide technical guidance
• Direct and coordinate activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget; review status reports
• Perform other duties as assigned
