Job summary

Responsibilities include reviewing plans, coordinating materials and vendors, tracking progress, and communicating with managers and clients to keep projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Must have high attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Construction management degree or two years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or Assistant PM/Engineer preferred.
• Strong mathematical ability; must verify bids for accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Access and Outlook.
• Excellent communication, customer relations, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials needed, order materials, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors.
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget.
• Present findings to managers and clients and communicate technical details clearly.
• Ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met.
• Maintain project files and assist in billing and documentation.
