The role focuses on planning, directing, and coordinating project activities to meet schedule and budget objectives. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (preferred) or equivalent experience as a Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Engineer in construction, service, or subcontracting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred, or equivalent construction management experience (coordinator/PM/engineer).
• Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills essential for client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to identify materials and coordinate with vendors for procurement and scheduling.
• Direct and oversee project activities to maintain timelines, scope, and budgets.
• Communicate project status to teams and clients with timely updates and reports.
• Present information to managers and customers; translate field feedback to stakeholders.
• Manage project coordination, forecast issues, and implement timely solutions.
• Maintain documentation for accurate billing and project close-out.
