Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator in San Antonio, TX to help ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget by planning, directing, and coordinating activities with internal teams and external vendors.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced construction/service environment. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven in a fast-paced environment.
• Mechanically inclined or able to interpret technical information.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong mathematical ability to verify bids for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specs to determine material needs and budget; coordinate with vendors for schedules and installs.
• Direct and coordinate activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget; review status reports and provide updates.
• Present information and communicate technical findings clearly to managers, clients, and customers.
• Master project coordination and problem solving using good judgment and forecasting.
• Follow administrative processes for on-time, on-budget project management.
• Monitor all projects to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Track submittals and job materials; maintain accurate project files.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to meet service level agreements.
