Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service, account support, or inside sales support.
• Strong computer skills with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and a professional phone presence.
• Ability to manage many accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and independent initiative.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer projects from order placement through completion, with clear communication and follow-through.
• Support 40–50 accounts while balancing multiple active projects.
• Regularly coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and commercial clients.
• Process orders and coordinate logistics as project needs evolve.
• Troubleshoot issues by evaluating options and driving resolution.
• Maintain proactive phone communication and professional service for customers.
• Own day-to-day logistics and ensure projects move forward smoothly.
