Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules and work breakdown structures.

• Enter and process orders accurately within the company ERP system.
• Verify model numbers, finishes, pricing, and delivery details.
• Track change orders and approved product substitutions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Update project tracking tools, reports, and dashboards.
• Assist with project audits and compliance reviews.
• Serve as a central point of contact for project-related communications.
• Prepare meeting agendas, project updates, and status reports.
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Accounting teams.
• Monitor project costs and compare expenditures against approved contracts and budgets.
