Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Anaheim, CA to manage customer projects from order placement through completion, coordinating with architects, designers, subcontractors, and commercial clients. You will handle logistics, maintain communications, and drive projects to resolution.

The role requires 3+ years in customer service or inside sales support, strong computer skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service, account support, or inside sales support experience.
• Strong general computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills and a confident, professional phone presence.
• Ability to manage a high volume of simultaneous customers, projects and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate situations that do not have an obvious or predetermined solution.
• Self-motivated approach with the initiative to work through logistical challenges independently.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to consistently follow projects through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer projects from order placement through completion, maintaining consistent communication and follow-through
• Support approximately 40-50 customer accounts while balancing multiple active projects and changing priorities
• Communicate regularly with architects, designers, subcontractors, and existing commercial clients
• Process customer orders and coordinate logistics as project requirements and circumstances evolve
• Troubleshoot customer and project issues by evaluating options, identifying solutions, and driving problems toward resolution
• Maintain strong phone communication with customers while providing responsive, professional service
• Take ownership of logistical challenges and independently manage day-to-day customer needs
