Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The role focuses on representing Atwell in client communications, coordinating project teams, and assisting the Project Manager with timeframes, budgets, staffing, and schedules.

You will analyze design requirements and performance standards, monitor progress, collect data, and maintain project files while upholding Atwell quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Must have experience with Deltek Vision.
• 2+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with private land development deadlines and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the project plan and assist the Project Manager to determine timeframes, budgets, staffing, and project schedule.
• Assure work product by analyzing the design, client requirements, and performance standards.
• Monitor the project status and collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends.
• Maintain the project file by collecting and organizing project materials and ensuring quality per standards.
