SERVPRO of Quincy and Hannibal is seeking a Project Coordinator to act as a liaison for customers, identify project requirements, and organize projects while supporting teammates. If you are self-motivated, organized, and possess strong customer service skills, you could thrive here.

The role involves managing communications, overseeing daily project status, creating preliminary estimates, and coordinating with Project Managers to ensure accurate documentation from start to finish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED (preferred).
• At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience.
• Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated.
• Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and efficiently with customers and project stakeholders.
• Oversee daily project status, audit processes, and work-in-progress.
• Create preliminary estimates using estimating software.
• Review and validate job site documentation.
• Work with Project Managers to ensure thorough project documentation from start to finish.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
