Job summary

Clear Cloud Solutions & Whitson is seeking a Project Coordinator in Willow Creek, CA. You will own estimating, bid development, purchasing, contract administration, and invoicing across a portfolio spanning waterworks and utilities.

You will price the work, package the bids, and keep contracts and materials on track, giving the Project Manager and General Manager accurate, on-time information. This high-ownership role requires managing many bids and active projects at once, meeting deadlines,

Qualifications

• Experience in construction estimating, project coordination, or purchasing.
• Working knowledge of contract documents, RFP processes, and public sector bidding.
• Experience reading construction blueprints and specifications.
• Familiarity with prevailing wage requirements and certified payroll is a plus.
• Comfort using AI tools as a productivity aid with verification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and bid proposals for capital and small projects.
• Obtain quotes and place purchase orders for materials.
• Review contracts against RFPs and proposals to confirm scope and schedule.
• Prepare and manage project invoicing and submittals.
• Coordinate third-party support and run project reports as requested.
