Clearwing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own project success from scope to delivery, ensuring the client's vision is realized, milestones hit, budgets met, and industry standards upheld.

You will lead with the Project Coordinator, Foreman, and Site Lead, shaping priorities, schedules, and cost control, while coordinating design reviews, procurement, safety plans, and vendor relations.

Qualifikationen

• Five years' experience in project management or related leadership roles.
• Knowledge of the project delivery process.
• Experience with design-build, retrofit, and commercial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Aufgaben

• Manage project communication, schedule, budget, submittals, and deliverables.
• Delegate administrative responsibilities to project coordinators.
• Develop priorities, timelines, schedules, and Gantt charts.
• Assess scope of work and coordinate resources.
• Maintain and log RFI's with GCs, clients, and consultants.
• Lead internal site visits and kickoff meetings.
